We provide cleaning services for homes, apartments, condominiums, homes for sale, new construction, and small offices. Cleaning visits are generally between two and four hours long, depending on the needs of your household.
Swept Away will:
- Give you a set time for your cleaning, with a one-half hour variance to allow for traffic and road conditions.
- Use products that you choose and purchase.
- Maintain client house keys, home plans, and alarm codes in a fireproof safe at the Swept Away business office with access only available to Marilyn Guelcher .
- Create a checklist, by room, of what is to be cleaned. Once approved, we will agree upon a date for services to begin.
Checklist
The checklist is our guide to cleaning your home. We will review each room that you have requested to be cleaned, listing all required cleaning tasks for that room and which of your products you want us to use.

We utilize your equipment and cleaning products.
What we do:
- Dust
- Clean

- Polish
- Plus much more, including:
- Change towels in bathrooms
- Change sheets and make beds
- Scrub, clean, disinfect sinks and showers
- Sweep front, rear and garage steps
- Wipe intricate or delicate items (with permission)
- Empty trash

- Clean windows
- Provide service when there are unsupervised children at home
- Answer your phone or check your answering machine
- Share keys with anyone
- Sell, share, trade, or in anyway give away our clients' contact information.
